Under his leadership as Chairman and Managing Director, Divine Life Care Pvt Ltd grew to manufacture over 300 formulation products across five therapeutic divisions - Tablets, Capsule, Liquid, Ointment, Powder, and niche NDDS prototypes.

Rajesh Shah began his professional journey in 1984 as a Medical Representative, covering the rural and urban belts of Gujarat on a modest Luna moped with a 12-kilogram medical sample bag. From these humble beginnings, he learned every dimension of India’s pharmaceutical ecosystem—prescriber behavior, distribution dynamics, and the power of ethical marketing.
